What is PoN?
PoN (Proof of Network) is a model for mining and network participation based on internet connectivity and verifiable network presence.
Do I need a mining device?
No. PoN is designed for everyday devices, especially mobile phones.
Will my phone overheat?
PoN does not use heavy PoW-style computation. Users can also control battery and data usage.
Does it use a lot of internet?
Usage depends on the mode you choose. Wi‑Fi only and Eco modes are designed to keep consumption predictable.
Is this the same as Proof of Work?
No. PoN proves participation through network signals—not raw processing power.
Can I mine with multiple phones?
The protocol is designed with anti-abuse, duplicate-device prevention, and emulator detection so real participation is rewarded.
Is my personal data used?
PoN should not access photos, private files, or contacts. Only data required for network proofs should be used.
